At Veltrix Elite Containers, we stand behind the condition and quality of every container, trailer, and unit we sell. Our goal is to make sure you receive exactly what was described and that it arrives ready for use.

Condition As Described

Every listing clearly states whether a unit is new or used and describes its condition. We provide accurate photos and specifications so you know what you are purchasing before you order. If an item arrives materially different from its description, we will make it right.

Structural Integrity

New (one-trip) containers are sold in excellent structural condition. Used and refurbished units are inspected for wind- and water-tight integrity prior to dispatch. Normal surface wear, minor dents, and cosmetic marks are expected on used units and are noted where significant.

If Something Is Wrong

If your unit arrives damaged in transit or does not match its description, contact us within 48 hours with photos. Depending on the situation and eligibility, we will arrange a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund. Full details are in our Return & Refunds Policy.

What Is Not Covered

Damage caused after delivery or during customer handling, modification, or relocation.
Normal wear and cosmetic aging on used units.
Custom-modified containers, which are sold as final-sale.
