GETTING STARTED
General Questions
We supply premium new and used shipping containers for storage, construction, business, and residential projects. With more than seven years in the business, our focus is dependable, industrial-grade containers paired with honest grading and reliable nationwide delivery.
We offer both. Our inventory includes new and one-trip units along with used containers in graded conditions such as wind & water tight and cargo-worthy. Every unit is clearly described so you know exactly what you are getting before you buy.
Only new and one-trip containers have a near-new appearance. Used containers will show normal cosmetic wear such as surface rust, dents, or scratches. This is expected and does not affect their structural integrity or usefulness for storage and industrial purposes.
We commonly stock 10ft, 20ft, and 40ft containers, including high-cube options for extra interior height. If you are unsure which size fits your project, contact us and we will help you choose.
PRODUCT CONDITION
Containers & Condition
Each container is inspected and assigned a clear grade so you know its condition before purchase. Grades reflect appearance and weatherproofing — from like-new one-trip units to wind & water tight and cargo-worthy used containers.
Product photos may be representative of a grade rather than the specific unit shipped. If exact appearance matters for your project, let us know before ordering and we will advise on availability and options.
A standard shipping container is not a finished living structure. Converting one into a habitable space requires proper modification, insulation, and compliance with your local permits and building codes.
Yes. Our containers meet recognized industry standards — we are CSC and ISO certified, so the units you receive are built to internationally accepted safety and structural specifications.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery & Logistics
We ship within the United States only, serving the 48 contiguous states using professional freight carriers. We do not ship outside the U.S. Alaska and Hawaii are not part of our standard delivery network and can only be arranged by special prior agreement. We confirm timelines and access requirements for your specific location when you order.
Delivery pricing is based on distance, container size and weight, and your site access (commercial vs. residential). Because containers move by freight, delivery is quoted per order rather than charged as a flat rate.
Standard delivery is tilt-bed or flatbed drop at ground level at an accessible spot on your property. Any placement beyond that, or crane service, should be arranged in advance.
Delivery times are estimates and depend on your location and carrier scheduling. Regional deliveries are typically faster, while longer cross-country routes may take additional business days.
You will need a firm, level, accessible area with enough room for the delivery truck to maneuver. We will share access guidance up front so delivery day goes smoothly.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
Orders & Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfers on select orders. Full details are available on our Payment Policy page.
Yes. Payments are processed through trusted, encrypted gateways, and we never store full card numbers on our servers. If we spot anything that looks suspicious, we may pause a transaction and verify it with you.
Your order is confirmed once payment is processed and your delivery or pickup details are verified. You will receive an email confirmation with your invoice and order summary.
Use the Get a Quote button or contact us directly with your container size, condition preference, and delivery ZIP code. We respond to quote requests quickly.
INSPECTION & CLAIMS
Inspection, Damage & Claims
Inspect the container before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the paperwork and take clear photos — this documentation is important if a freight claim is needed.
Contact us promptly with photos and a description. Please hold off on using or modifying the container until we have reviewed the issue so we can resolve it fairly.
We work through problems with a focus on documentation, prompt reporting, and a fair outcome. Reaching out quickly with photos is always the fastest path to resolution.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns & Refunds
Because containers ship by freight, returns are limited and depend on timing, condition, and product type. Custom or as-is items are generally non-returnable. See our Return & Refunds Policy for full details.
If a return is approved, the customer is typically responsible for return freight costs, and original delivery charges are non-refundable. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us and we will make it right.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card provider once the refund is processed.
TAXES & COMPANY
Taxes & About Us
Sales tax is applied where it is legally required, based on your delivery location. If you hold a valid tax exemption, please provide documentation before payment. See our Sales Tax Policy for more.
We are based in Phoenix, Arizona, and serve customers across the contiguous United States. We ship within the U.S. only and do not ship internationally.
Customers choose us for honest container grading, transparent pricing, CSC & ISO certified units, reliable nationwide delivery, and responsive, no-pressure service backed by 7+ years in the business.
