At Veltrix Elite Containers, we stand behind the condition and quality of every container, trailer, and unit we sell. Our goal is simple: you receive exactly what was described, and it arrives ready for use. This page covers both our quality guarantee and the warranty terms that apply to your purchase.

1Our Quality Guarantee

Condition As Described

Every listing clearly states whether a unit is new or used and describes its condition. We provide accurate photos and specifications so you know exactly what you are purchasing before you order. If an item arrives materially different from its description, we will make it right.

Structural Integrity

New (one-trip) containers are sold in excellent structural condition. Used and refurbished units are inspected for wind- and water-tight integrity before dispatch. Normal surface wear, minor dents, and cosmetic marks are expected on used units and are noted where significant.

If Something Is Wrong

If your unit arrives damaged in transit or does not match its description, contact us within 48 hours with photos. Depending on the situation and eligibility, we will arrange a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund. Full details are in our Return & Refunds Policy.

2How Our Warranty Works

Shipping containers and related equipment are industrial assets, not consumer electronics. Our warranty focuses on structural integrity and functional operation — not cosmetic appearance or normal wear. Coverage varies depending on the product’s condition (new, used, refurbished, or as-is), the product category, and any manufacturer terms that apply. All warranties apply to purchases made and delivered within the United States.

3Warranty by Product Condition

New containers may include manufacturer-backed warranties where applicable; in those cases the manufacturer’s terms govern duration and remedies.

4How to Make a Warranty Claim

To start a warranty claim, please:

• Notify us within 7 days of discovering the issue
• Provide your order details and photographic evidence
• Do not modify or repair the product before we approve the claim

We will help coordinate inspection, repair, or manufacturer contact as appropriate.

5Limitations of Liability

Where a valid warranty claim applies, remedies are limited to repair, replacement (where applicable), or manufacturer service resolution. We do not cover:

• Consequential or incidental damages
• Loss of use, business interruption, or project delays
• Costs related to relocation or reinstallation

6Buyer Responsibilities

Warranty coverage is void if the product is modified without authorization, if improper lifting, placement, or grounding occurs, or if the unit is used beyond its intended design parameters. Buyers are responsible for ensuring proper site conditions and compliance with local regulations.

7What Is Not Covered

• Damage caused after delivery or during customer handling, modification, or relocation
• Normal wear and cosmetic aging on used units
• Custom-modified containers, which are sold as final-sale

8Legal Compliance

This policy does not override any rights provided under applicable U.S. law. Any implied warranties required by law are limited in duration to the fullest extent permitted.
