How to Order From Veltrix Elite Containers
We keep our ordering process simple, transparent, and secure. Because we sell high-value industrial equipment, all payments are handled through secure bank wire transfer only. Here is exactly what to expect from first contact to delivery.
Step 1 — Request a Quote
Browse our inventory and contact us with the container or trailer you are interested in. You can email sales@veltrixelitecontainers.com or call +1 573-238-8504. Tell us your delivery ZIP code so we can confirm freight availability and pricing.
Step 2 — Receive Your Official Invoice
Once we confirm availability, our team sends you an official Veltrix Elite Containers invoice by email. The invoice lists the item specifications, total price, our company banking details, wire transfer instructions, and a unique order reference number.
Step 3 — Pay by Bank Wire Transfer
We accept direct bank wire transfer only. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, checks, cash, or cryptocurrency. Always use only the banking details printed on your official invoice, and call us at +1 573-238-8504 to verify before sending funds. We will never ask you to change banking details by phone, text, or email.
Step 4 — Order Confirmation & Freight Scheduling
After your payment is received and verified by our finance team (typically within 1–3 business days), we confirm your order and schedule freight. Standard transit time is 3–10 business days depending on your destination within the continental United States.
Step 5 — Delivery & Inspection
Please prepare a level, accessible delivery site. Inspect your container on arrival, note any issues on the delivery receipt, take photos, and notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve any problem quickly.
